Taubman College Hoey Published In Agriculture and Human Values Journal
A co-authored article by Assistant Professor of Urban and Regional Planning Lesli Hoey was published in the Journal of the Agriculture, Food, and Human Values Society. Her article titled “Food sovereignty education across the Americas: multiple origins, converging movements” looks at six social movements that use education as a tool to advance food sovereignty. The article emerged as a result of the 2015 Michigan Meeting conference on food sovereignty.
