URP Associate Professor Grengs, Lecturer Kahan and Taubman aluma Wendy Rampson participated in Sustainable Ann Arbor Forum

Urban and Regional Planning Associate Professor Joe Grengs, Lecturer and City Planner Jeffrey Kahan (M.U.P ’90), and Planning Manager Wendy Rampson (M.U.P ’90) will speak at the second Sustainable Ann Arbor Forum on February 9, 2012. The theme of this forum, “Land Use and Access,” will cover issues of transportation designs, infrastructure, land uses, built environment, and public spaces.

The Sustainable Ann Arbor Forum is a monthly series that brings together University of Michigan faculty, representatives from community organizations, city commissioners, the City of Ann Arbor staff and the public to discuss local sustainability concepts and efforts. The Forum is held at 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of the month from January through April, 2012 at the Ann Arbor District Library, 343 South Fifth Avenue.
