Charles and Ray Eames Lectures
In their inventiveness, enlightened patronage, and their serious play of collaborative work, Charles and Ray Eames, together with Herman Miller, Inc., transformed the landscape of design, not only in America, but across the world. From their earliest work together, Charles and Ray Eames and Herman Miller explored the properties of materials, economy, and the potential of production, in order to make good design more widely accessible. With support from Herman Miller, Taubman College's Charles and Ray Eames lecture series has highlighted partnerships of architects or designers.
