Self Compassion Workshop with Karen Henry, Psy.D
Do you find your thoughts are often self critical? Is it difficult to extend the same level of kindness to yourself that you do to your friends? This workshop can help you improve your self talk and increase your level of self compassion. We will learn what is self compassion, how to practice it, and other ways to be kind to yourself.
