“Taubman College taught me endurance, creativity, and the importance of looking beyond the horizon.”

Why did you choose Taubman College?

There’s no reason NOT to choose Taubman College!

Describe the work that you do.

I am currently a member of the senior management team reporting directly to the CEO, overseeing the world-famous Hong Kong International Airport. In particular, I am responsible for airport property development, planning, land use, administration, and management, as well as business development. My current work includes conceptualizing and spearheading the iconic and visionary Airport City development (SKYCITY), which comprises the largest entertainment and retail mall in the city, as well as hotels, offices, an exhibition and convention center, a multipurpose indoor arena, and infrastructures linking with Greater Bay Area of Mainland China — which are all underway at full speed.

How did Taubman College prepare you for your career?

Apart from technical know-how, the college prepared me with vision and insights beyond bricks and mortar. And of course, the University of Michigan’s maize-and-blue spirit never fails to remind me to fight and do my best all the time.

What did you like best about Taubman College?
